I'm sorry the blog has been very quiet recently. It's now almost mid-April and there's a whole month's worth missing here, so to settle myself I thought I'd write a quick little update!

Deadlines have been rolling in over the last month - hence I've been a little AWOL. I love blogging, but I've barely had time to write in my own journal, let alone update my blog each week. Trying to blog and study for a degree at the same time is really difficult, but I'm definitely missing this a lot. I've found a blog post I wrote waay back in February that was completed but for some reason it never got posted. It'll be a little late now (it was a book review) but I'm thinking I'd like to post it up anyway.

I've been trying since the start of the year to start reading more books again, and I've got a pile of them waiting to be read at my bedside. I have just started Penny Vincenzi's 'A Perfect Heritage' which I am loving so far! The only problem is...I've found I'm now reading three books at once! Does any one else have this problem?!

So many things have been happening this Easter break. I spent the Easter weekend away with family in Suffolk and had such a lovely time that I'm pining to go back. I think it might be one of my favourite counties; there is so much history there!

I've also been able to see my good friends, who are home from university, which has been great! I'm so glad they seem to have really enjoyed their first year away so far.

The sun is FINALLY starting to appear more frequently now. I've made what might be my ultimate summer playlist and it's getting me through all of the revision I'm having to do!
