Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water

If you're a fan of Bioderma, I'll bet you will have already tried this! Unless you're lucky enough to have Bioderma easily available to you, you'll know it's pretty expensive to buy and have it shipped over, so I decided to try out this rather obvious-looking dupe!

I found this product to be really useful for removing makeup - it takes it off really easily using just a cotton pad, which is sooo convenient if you're feeling a little lazy at bedtime (we've all been there!). It doesn't feel irritating on my skin, it's very light and I love how little of this product is needed to remove the makeup - just a one or two squirts should do it for an average day.

Buuuuut, there is one turn off to this product, and I don't know if it's just me... It might be fine on my skin, but unlike my beloved Bioderma, if I get this product in my eyes by mistake, it makes them reeeeally sting, despite the packaging saying it's suitable for use on eyes!

Speaking of, I like the clean look of the bottle, the cap is very firm to avoid spillage and it will last you for ages!

As a whole, the Garner Micellar Cleansing Water is great if you want a cheap alternative to Bioderma! However, even though it removes eye makeup quite well, I would really recommend using another product on your eyes, just in case!

You can find this makeup remover in most supermarkets, drugstores and pharmacies.

I hope you guys had a great start to the week! Gem x

I also wrote a post on one of my favourite Garnier products a while back, which you can find here.
