I went for a toodle around Westfield Stratford City on Friday and one of the places I went to was Victoria's Secret. I'd never been in there before, but a friend suggested we try their fragrances out. We sprayed and smelled to find the perfect perfume and in the end we ended up buying the same one!

Pure Seduction is one of the sweetest eau de toilettes I have ever come across. It's red plum and freesia so you can imagine it's very strong. Even just by sniffing the lid of the box it comes you in you get this amazing fruity whiff! I love the sweet smell so much, but as I said it is a particularly strong one, so don't put too much on or else you'll get this horrible stench stained inside your nose.

I didn't put too much on the second time I wore it but I found it's staying-power isn't a very long one. I suggest, to tackle this problem, you carry it in your handbag so you can just top it up every once in a while on a night out. The bottle can hold 30ml and is the perfect fit for your average handbag and clutch so stuffing everything else in on top shouldn't be a massive problem either!

Its packaging is appropriately coloured hot pink (hot pink seems like a seductive colour in the eyes of Victoria's Secret) and the shiny gold detail is very cute and elegant.


I'm not sure I'd wear Pure Seduction on a day-to-day basis and I'll definitely be more careful not to get carried away with the spritzer! I don't prefer it to my Wonderstruck perfume by Taylor Swift (which is also quite sweet and subtle), but the scent is, in my opinion, gorgeously fruity and I just adore getting the occasional whiff up my nostrils while I'm wearing it!
